Orphans’ Village Turns Horror to Hope in Rwanda
Anne Heyman looked to the past to find hope for the future. She has helped hundreds of orphans n. children without parents in Rwanda. Her idea came from an Israeli effort after the Holocaust. She created an "orphans’ village." She hopes the idea can spread v. grow or extend to other parts of the world.

Genocide is a planned attempt to kill a whole group of people. In World War II, the Nazis killed more than 6 million Jews.
