Los Angeles Takes First Step Toward Banning Plastic Grocery Bags
Is this the beginning of the end for the plastic grocery n. (used as adj.) store that sells food bag? The city of Los Angeles, California, has taken a first step toward banning n. not allowing the bags.
Nearly 50 other areas in California have such bans. If Los Angeles joins, the movement could spread nationwide. The bags may be headed for the trash can of history.
